Where do I sign in?

At app.psms.ph. The old address, psms.ph, forwards there.

I forgot my password.

You can sign in right away with Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page, then set a new password from the menu under your name → Change password. Or reset it directly:

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page, enter the email on your PSMS account and follow the link we send you (it works for 24 hours). If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

If your account has no email, or an old one, ask your office's Account Holder to set a new password (Office → Users → pencil icon), then change it yourself from the menu under your name → Change password.

Why can't I edit an accomplishment entry I made last week?

Accomplishment entries, billings, variation orders and physical-feature quantities can be changed only for one day after they're entered; after that only an Account Holder can. See the one-day rule.

Why won't PSMS accept my accomplishment?

Common reasons: the date is in the future; the value is lower than an earlier entry or higher than a later one (accomplishment is cumulative); the contract was suspended on that date; or there's already an entry for that date (edit it instead).

Can a contract be deleted?

Yes. Account Holders, Project Inspectors and Engineering Personnel can delete a contract from its page (the menu next to Timeline). It disappears from lists and reports but stays in the database, so the PSMS administrator can recover it if needed.

Is there a separate schedule node for time extensions?

No. Record the extension under the contract's Time extensions tab. It moves the expiry due to time extensions and adds to the contract time. If the planned schedule itself changes, edit the Schedule tab.

Why is the revised plan flat on the S-curve?

The contract is (or was) suspended. The revised plan pauses while work is suspended and continues when it resumes.

Can I make a report with my own columns?

Yes. Use custom reports: choose the columns, filters, grouping and chart, save it, and share it with your office if you like.

Why is a contract missing from a report?

Contract reports leave out contracts without a contractor and work by administration (a contractor named "Administration"). Also check the implementation year: it comes from the contract's project.

Why can't I see another office's data?

Each office's data is private to it. Only contractors and the forum are shared between offices.

Our office shows a renewal notice.

The subscription's renewal date has passed. Nothing has been deleted; contact the PSMS administrator to renew and access returns immediately. See Subscription.

The sign-in link says it doesn't work anymore.

Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work only once. They also stop working as soon as you sign in (with any link or your password) or change your password. Request a new link and open the most recent email.
